Fumes and fine dust from welding, soldering, chemical handling, grinding and similar processes are a real health risk. Breathing them day after day can lead to serious respiratory illness, and the effects often appear only years later.
The most effective systems catch fumes right where they are produced, before they spread into the room. Hoods, arms and enclosures are placed as close to the process as practical, and airflow is sized so capture actually works at the working distance.
Every process is different, so off-the-shelf units are often not the right answer. We start by understanding the process and, where needed, measuring the problem. A short study at the start can prevent both an under-performing system and an oversized, expensive one.
