An HVAC package touches almost every other trade on a project. Civil, electrical, fire, process piping and interiors all have to line up around it. When that coordination slips, the result is usually rework, delays and a system that never quite performs the way it was designed.
Our project managers take ownership of that coordination. We plan the work, keep track of it every day and report honestly on where things stand.
