Technical Maintenance

We maintain HVAC and ventilation systems we have installed, and systems installed by others, under annual maintenance contracts or on call.
Preventive maintenance
- Scheduled checks on air handling units, chillers, pumps, fans and controls
- Filter inspection and replacement, including HEPA filter integrity checks
- Coil cleaning, belt and bearing checks, and vibration monitoring
- Calibration of sensors and control instruments
Breakdown support
When something fails, we get it running again quickly and find out why it failed, so the same fault does not come back next month.
Performance and compliance
For pharmaceutical and healthcare sites, maintenance records matter as much as the work itself. We provide air velocity and air change checks, pressure differential readings, particle counts and the documentation your quality team needs for audits and periodic revalidation.
