Bluair Projects is an engineering company specialising in turnkey HVAC solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare sectors, and in industrial pollution control equipment and installations. Our engineers handle HVAC design, projects, supply, procurement, installation, commissioning, planning, testing, after-sales service and AMC.
We have more than 30 years of experience and over 700 installations behind us. For design work we use modern software, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to see how air will move through a space before anything is built. That helps us get projects right the first time.
A lot of our work is in factories, production plants and machine rooms, where we take care of the full job: planning, design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. We also look at what leaves the building. Exhaust air has to be clean, and we know the particular demands industrial plants face in meeting that.
Energy is the other half of the story. Wherever it makes sense, we reuse waste heat, process cooling water, outdoor air and heat from exhaust air to bring a plant's running costs down. Every system is selected for the conditions it will actually run in, not picked from a catalogue.
