Most problems we are called in to fix on running plants started on the drawing board. An undersized coil, a return air path nobody thought about, a pressure cascade that only works on paper. Our design team exists to catch those things before a single duct is fabricated.
We work in three stages, and clients can bring us in at any one of them.
We look at the building, the process and the brief, then set the basic approach: what kind of system, how many zones, where the plant sits and roughly what it will cost to build and run.
Heat load calculations, air quantities, filtration levels and equipment sizing are firmed up. For cleanrooms and other critical areas we fix room classifications, pressure differentials and air change rates at this stage.
Final layouts, duct and pipe routing, sections, schematics, control philosophy and a complete bill of quantities that contractors can price against without guessing.
If you already have a design and want a second opinion, we also review drawings and specifications prepared by others.
